The only way a supplement wouldnt do that is if it was perfectly cycled and only take 1 or 2 days a week when needed, and I must say that is difficult with a product like this because it makes you feel so damn good!
Id definitely recommend you give this product a shot, especially if you are one that does not depend on caffeine every day but instead would have the discipline to only use on days that you are very tired or had to get extra motivation for work, etc. You can buy spirodex at any GNC as well as many online retailers. Overall definitely an excellent value product for your supplement arsenal, check it out for sure. I am going to take a break from it for a few weeks and then get another bottle!
